What we do

Development, search and creative work can share one brief. The proposal defines which parts your project needs.

Build

Websites, storefronts and applications with the content, data and integrations they need. Next.js and React suit custom interfaces; Shopify or WordPress can suit a more standard publishing or commerce brief.

Grow

Technical SEO, keyword research, content structure and internal linking. Search work starts with what people need to find and whether the site answers it. Our AI-search guide explains the overlap with SEO and the limits of citation promises.

Create

Identity systems, interface design, graphics, video and Blender visuals. A product page may need both a usable layout and clear product images; planning them together keeps the message consistent.

Who we work with

We work remotely with businesses that need a website, a custom workflow or creative assets. The team's selected work includes a clinic website, gaming lounge operations and a donation interface, alongside storefront and design studies. The portfolio labels client work, showcases and practice projects separately so you can judge the relevant experience.

A project can involve development, design and search together, or one clearly defined part. We can also discuss working alongside your existing team. You do not need to replace a working system to improve a specific flow or page.

OUR APPROACH

Seven stages, and you always know which one you are in.

Each step ends in something you can read, click, or review, not a status update.

  1. Discovery

We clarify the business goal, audience, existing assets, integrations and constraints. For a redesign, that includes what should stay and what needs to change.

Deliverable: An agreed brief with goals, inputs and constraints

  2. Scope and architecture

We agree the platform, editing workflow, integrations and hosting responsibilities. The proposal names the deliverables, exclusions and account access needed.

Deliverable: A scoped proposal and platform plan

  3. Design

Page structure and key flows come first. Depending on the brief, we review wireframes, responsive screens, brand assets or a visual direction before production.

Deliverable: Approved layouts or creative direction

  4. Build and production

We develop the agreed functionality or produce the creative assets. Review points show the work in progress; CMS, backend and integrations are included only when scoped.

Deliverable: Reviewable staging work or asset previews

  5. Testing and review

Website work includes agreed functional and responsive checks. We review content and accessibility; creative work is checked for accuracy, placement and export requirements.

Deliverable: Review notes and agreed acceptance checks

  6. Launch and delivery

We publish the approved build or deliver the final assets. Domain, analytics and search setup depend on the scope; website integrations need production checks as well as staging tests.

Deliverable: A published build or agreed final exports

  7. Handover and support

We hand over the access, files and documentation named in the agreement. Bug fixes, content edits, dependency updates, monitoring and new features need an agreed support scope.

Deliverable: A handover checklist and support options

What we need from you

An accurate brief saves revisions later. One person should collect feedback and confirm approvals.

  • For a website: content, brand assets, domain access, product data and the integrations you need.
  • For design: the audience, existing assets, approved product facts and examples of where the work will appear.
  • For video: original footage, the message, placement, brand files and permission to use supplied media.
  • For 3D: dimensions, model or CAD files where available, reference images, materials and packaging artwork.

Use appropriate account invitations or a secure handover method for access. Do not put passwords or private keys in the project enquiry form.

Handover and what happens next

Ownership follows the project agreement. Agree source-code access, design files, domain and hosting control, account invitations, documentation and licensed assets before work starts. The final handover should follow that checklist.

Delivery and ongoing support are separate decisions. The scope should state any included bug-fix period. Content updates, dependency maintenance, monitoring and new features need their own agreement, whether our team or yours handles them.

Technology chosen for the brief

Ghulam's project records include Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. Creative work uses tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Blender. We choose the editing workflow, hosting and integrations around the project rather than putting the same stack into every build.

Our guides and project records

We publish guides under ZYFISTA's name. They explain buying decisions and technical considerations, with links to provider documentation where needed. A project example describes only the work documented in its record; it does not stand in for a claim about every client result.
