ZYFiSTAWE DON'T RANK. WE RULE.

SEO

Get found for what you actually sell.

Our SEO consulting starts with the website and the market: what customers search for, which page should answer, and what prevents that page from competing. We then turn the findings into a prioritised SEO campaign with clear reporting.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What seo covers.

Technical foundations, content structure, and search visibility.

  • WordPress and Next.js SEO audits

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and template issues traced to specific URLs.

  • E-commerce keyword mapping

Product, collection, and service queries mapped by intent for Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom stores.

  • Information architecture

Site and URL structure that groups topics so authority accumulates rather than scatters.

  • On-page optimisation

Titles, headings, metadata, and content depth aligned to each page's target intent.

  • Internal linking

Deliberate linking between related pages so important pages are easy to reach and clearly related.

  • Local and international planning

Local SEO for service-area businesses and country-level planning for teams targeting international markets, without fake locations or doorway pages.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Sound familiar?

These are the situations clients describe when they come to us for this work.

  • Traffic arrives on blog posts that never turn into enquiries.

  • Competitors with worse products consistently outrank you.

  • The site was rebuilt and rankings dropped without an explanation.

  • The last SEO agency sent reports but never changed anything on the site.

BENEFITS

What you get out of it.

  • Visibility for commercial terms

Focus on queries with buying intent, not just the ones that are easy to rank for.

  • A crawlable, indexable site

Technical problems fixed so your content can actually compete.

  • Structure that compounds

Topic grouping and internal linking that keeps working as you publish more.

  • Honest reporting

You see what was changed, what moved, and what did not. No vanity metrics.

DELIVERABLES

Typical deliverables.

These are possible deliverables, not a bundled promise. Your proposal names the files, functionality, review rounds and handover included.

  • Prioritised technical audit with specific fixes
  • Keyword and intent map by page
  • Recommended site and URL architecture
  • On-page optimisation for priority templates and pages
  • Internal linking plan
  • Configured measurement and a reporting view you can read

PROCESS

How the work runs.

  1. Audit and baseline

We record current visibility and find the technical issues holding the site back.

  2. Research and map

Demand is mapped to pages so every priority query has one page that owns it.

  3. Fix and optimise

Technical fixes and on-page work are implemented in priority order, largest impact first.

  4. Publish and iterate

New content fills the gaps, and we review performance against the baseline on an agreed cycle.

Who is this for?

SEO can fit when customers search for your offer and you can maintain useful pages, fix technical issues and evaluate enquiries over time.

When a smaller scope may be enough

If you need immediate demand or cannot change the site, an ongoing SEO programme may be premature. Start with the specific access or discovery problem.

What affects the cost?

Audit size, indexing problems, template fixes and content gaps determine the initial work. Implementation access and the number of pages affect effort too. Ongoing monitoring and content production are separate from a one-time audit; neither buys a guaranteed rank or citation.

What to bring to the brief

Bring the production URL, target audience and access invitations for existing analytics and Search Console where available.

WHY ZYFISTA

How we work on seo.

The same principles run through every engagement, whatever the service.

  • Strategy before execution

We establish what the site has to achieve before anyone opens a design tool. It is the cheapest stage to change your mind in.

  • Design that supports business goals

Every page has a job. Layout, hierarchy, and copy are judged on whether they help it do that job.

  • Development built for scale

Typed, documented code and content models that hold up when the site doubles in size.

  • SEO considered from day one

Structure, markup, and internal linking are designed in, planned early so content and engineering support each other.

FAQS

Questions about seo.

How long before we see results?

Technical fixes can show within weeks. Competitive commercial rankings usually take months. Anyone promising you a timeline for a specific position is guessing.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls the ranking algorithms. We commit to the work, to measurement, and to telling you when something is not working.

Do you build backlinks?

We focus on technical health, content quality, and structure, and advise on earning links through genuinely useful assets and digital PR. We do not buy links, because it puts the site at risk.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. We supply prioritised, specific tickets your developers can implement, and we will review the work once it ships.

Do you provide local SEO services?

Yes, when the business has a real location or a clear service area. The work can include Google Business Profile guidance, local landing-page structure, citation consistency, and local search reporting. We do not create fake addresses or duplicate city pages.

Can you guarantee that ChatGPT or Perplexity will cite my business?

No agency can promise a particular AI citation or recommendation. We can improve accessible pages, clear service information, genuine evidence and consistent business details, then monitor discovery and referrals. The search platform chooses what to retrieve and cite. A crawler visiting a page, a page being indexed and an answer citing that page are separate events.

Do I need GEO instead of traditional SEO?

AI-search work should build on useful content and sound technical SEO rather than replace them. Google describes optimization for its generative search features as SEO, with no special AI markup requirement. Other providers have their own search crawlers and controls. Start with gaps in the existing site and measure relevant enquiries before buying a separate programme around a new label.

How do we know whether search work is helping?

Use a baseline and an agreed set of business outcomes: relevant query impressions, landing-page clicks, indexed pages and qualified enquiries. Record AI referrals when analytics exposes a source, and keep manual citation checks dated and reproducible. A single favourable answer is not a ranking trend. Missing referrer data also means analytics cannot identify every visit from an AI interface.
